Florida Road Trip Season 10: Unveiling Florida’s History One Episode at Time

Take a journey to a fascinating new chapter of exploration as WUCF’s Florida Road Trip returns for its milestone 10th season, introducing dynamic new host, Scott Fais. This season will showcase the rich history and vibrant culture that make Florida a must-visit destination.  

Featuring 10 episodes, Florida Road Trip Season 10 will take viewers to some of Florida's most interesting and historical spots. From Pensacola to Clearwater, each episode will offer a unique glimpse into the heart and soul of Florida. 

With an extensive background in television reporting and storytelling, Scott is no stranger to Florida's captivating charm. Prior to joining Florida Road Trip, Scott spent a decade traveling the state, telling stories about the people and communities that make up the Sunshine State. He’s earned acclaim as a master storyteller, receiving six regional Emmys and 12 Associated Press awards for his Florida-focused storytelling. 

"The beauty of Florida’s dynamic landscapes and the warmth of its people have always inspired me. I’m honored to host this momentous season," said Scott Fais, host of Florida Road Trip. "In Season 10, we'll take viewers on a journey as we discover Florida’s rich history and share the stories that make our state truly special." 

The excitement kicks off with the first two episodes, featuring Winter Park and Lakeland, available exclusively for WUCF Passport members on May 9. Members can look forward to early access to this season, with new episodes dropping every two weeks throughout the summer.
