In this series of virtual workshops, the Asian American Education Project will be showcasing our curriculum on the Asian American Pacific Islander (“AAPI”) experience. It is divided into themes to make it easier for educators to adapt the whole or part of the curriculum into their own practice.
Shiyana manages the growth of WUCF’s presence in the community and leading all education projects and community campaigns. She has over 16 years of experience working in the areas of youth development, education and program management for nonprofit organizations.
Janice is a 15-year Florida Certified Title I Educator specializing in Early Childhood Education. She facilitates training on PBS LearningMedia and PBS resources in addition to adapting curriculum, creating educational outreach programs, and coordinating special projects.
