What role do teachers play in shaping the future?
I believe teachers can have such positive impacts on students both academically and emotionally! I have students this year whose parents say the kids are trying to pretend to be better just to come back to school! It is crucial to build a true class family. Our scholars this year truly exhibit class family dynamics and it’s such a beautiful thing!

What role do teachers play in shaping the future?
I believe teachers are important in shaping the future because we help children love to learn. Teaching preschool, we are often the first experience children have in school and I feel if we show them learning is important and can be fun we set them on a path to success. They will be excited for school! They will never want to stop learning because you are never too old to learn and grow.

We are mentors, guides, and inspirations for many things that a child will do in their future. We have the future generations in our classrooms and what we do with them matters.

I followed my childhood dreams of becoming a teacher. I also knew I wanted to make a change in the world, so teaching is how I make my change on future generations.
