WUCF’s Ready Jet Go! Day to celebrate the Summer of Space at Exploration Tower

WUCF TV, Central Florida’s PBS station, will celebrate the Summer of Space with Jet Propulsion from the PBS Kids show Ready Jet Go! at Exploration Tower on June 29, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Exploration Tower is a seven-story attraction featuring exhibits and interactive play. The Summer of Space is scheduled in conjunction with the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing.

Children of all ages are invited to attend this family-friendly event that includes activities themed around science and astronomy based on the PBS KIDS program. They will also have the chance to meet Jet Propulsion, star of Ready Jet Go!.

“We are excited to continue celebrating the summer of space with Ready Jet Go! in Brevard County,” said Dr. Phil Hoffman, WUCF executive director. “This family-friendly event is the perfect tie to the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 and its connection to Florida’s space coast.”

Tickets are $4 for each adult (plus tax) and $2.50 for children 3-10 (plus tax) if attendees mention Ready Jet Go! at the door. No advanced registration is required.
