WUCF TV, Central Florida’s PBS station, will air a 30-minute special called NewsNight Conversations: Coronavirus on Thursday, March 19 at 9 p.m. With public schools closed until March 30 across the state, the program will explore what the coronavirus means for Central Florida's children and families.
“WUCF is committed to delivering critical information to our community,” said Dr. Phil Hoffman, WUCF executive director. “That’s why we felt it was important to dedicate a show to sharing accurate and timely information on the coronavirus and its impact to our area.”
NewsNight Conversations: Coronavirus will feature trusted experts and share the latest developments about COVID-19 in Central Florida, including topics on how to talk to children, how the public can maintain its health, and the impact and the unknowns in the school system.
