WUCF recently partnered with seven Central Florida preschool educators to create new content that will be distributed nationally on PBS LearningMedia.
The local educator cadre developed content and resources for the Changing Seasons collection on PBS LearningMedia. This new collection helps children learn about the world around them through science, math, and art activities.
Educators from across Central Florida focused on creating Teacher Features and Teacher Lounge posts for the Winter collection.

During the project, the cohort served as subject matter experts to co-design and contribute Teacher Features as part of winter resources in the bilingual collection on PBS LearningMedia.
Engaging local educators in this process allowed WUCF and PBS to provide resources made by teachers for teachers. This partnership gave WUCF the opportunity to work with experts in early education and learn directly from educators in the classroom about the strategies they use to support young students on their learning journeys.
Educators and caregivers across the nation can access and use these resources for free as part of PBS LearningMedia, an online resource library with thousands of teaching resources including videos, lesson plans, and games aligned to state and national standards.
