Orlando, FL – Join WUCF on Wednesday, October 2 for a live recording of NewsNight Conversations: Elections 2024with host Steve Mort. The event will take place in Kissimmee and will delve into the pressing issues shaping the 2024 elections along with a facilitated discussion featuring dynamic panels conducted in both English and Spanish, spotlighting community leaders, political experts, and nonpartisan organizations. “This is a one-of-a-kind event where community leaders and residents hear from one another,” Jennifer Cook, WUCF Executive Director. “Our team has worked tirelessly to bring this opportunity to Central Florida and we look forward to providing this resource around the elections to our community.” The live recording and discussion is open to the public and will explore the evolving political landscape in Osceola County, Central Florida and the state, highlighting the key issues the community should know about ahead of the election. “As part of our commitment to Central Florida, we are bringing this important conversation to the public,” said Steve Mort, NewsNight Executive Producer. “This discussion aims to empower voters with information they need before they head to the polls”.
