About WUCF
 
, a listener supported service of the University of Central Florida, Orlando, broadcasts a 24-hour schedule of jazz music and other non-commercial programming from our new broadcast studios in the Communications Building on the UCF campus. Our new all-digital facility (one of the 1st in Orlando!) includes our offices, broadcast studios, production studios, and live on-air performance rooms complete with a Steinway Grand Piano.

Programming
WUCF-FM's goal is to provide programming that enriches, educates and entertains Central Florida residents (and through internet broadcasting, potentially the world!). WUCF is affiliated with National Public Radio, Public Radio International, Associated Press, and other national and independent program services.
 
WUCF Facilities
WUCF-FM's new facilities are located in the Communications Building
on the campus of the University of Central Florida, Orlando, FL.
 

Power
Established in 1978, WUCF-FM currently broadcasts at 89.9 mhz with 5.6 kilowatts of power from the 465 foot level of our 477 foot tower on the south western edge of campus and on the internet via Real Broadcast. WUCF-FM 89.9 has a broadcast signal that can be heard throughout Orange and Seminole counties, as well as portions of Osceola, Brevard, Lake and Volusia counties in Central Florida. Our internet signal can be accessed worldwide from any internet ready computer terminal.
